This notice explains how 1Game1Week handles the personal data you share through the contact form. It is written to meet Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and follows the same principles as the GDPR.
Data controller
Your data is processed by 1Game1Week (turkmenogluhuseyin@gmail.com) acting as the data controller.
What we collect
The name, email address, optional company name and message you enter in the contact form. We also record the page language and the country code of your connection so we can reply in the right language. Your IP address is not stored.
Why we process it
Solely to review your request, get back to you and prepare a quote where relevant. This data is never added to a marketing list, sold, or used for advertising.
Legal basis
Submitting the form constitutes your explicit consent to being contacted about your request. You may withdraw that consent at any time.
Where it is stored
Requests are stored encrypted in a private file store operated by our hosting provider, Vercel, on servers in the London (United Kingdom) region. Only a single authorised account can access it, via Google sign-in.
How long we keep it
Until your request is resolved, after which it is deleted. Write to us if you would like it removed sooner.
Third parties
We use Vercel Inc. for hosting and storage. Admin panel access uses Google sign-in, which only verifies the site owner's identity; no visitor data is shared with Google. Visitor statistics come from Vercel Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify individuals.
Cookies
There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site. We use only a cookie that remembers your language preference (NEXT_LOCALE) and a session cookie when signing in to the admin panel.
Your rights
You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to processing. Write to turkmenogluhuseyin@gmail.com to exercise these rights.
